Welcome! I created this blog to document my year-long resolution to end all unnecessary spending. Basically, I’m embarking on the opposite of a shopping spree…I’m on a stopping spree.
I’ve attempted goals like this before, but not experienced much success. By committing my pledge to cyber-paper, I’m hoping it will add more accountability to my choices. I plan on sharing the ups and downs of my year, both the challenges and the triumphs. I want to get creative with homemade gifts, holiday decorations, and clothing combinations – all using items/materials I already own.
